That Ugly Four Letter Word...

In the vlog below I share what this word is and how it has immensly shaped my life, both for the better...and for worse.

I think understanding this word and the real, no BS, role it plays in all of our lives gives us access to a whole area of our lives we are missing out on. I know I was!

In the coming Vlogs/posts/Videos, you'll see me talk alot more about this too... but one thing that I get to go to bed knowing tonight is how utterly blessed I am to be going to sleep healthy and alive.

I just listened to an Insta LIVE sermon (How cool is that by the way!) and the Pastors Judah & Chelsea said something that hit home with me about the anxiousness & worry we are all experiencing (or trying not to think about because then it becomes too overwhelming to think about...hi, me) which ultiately led back to this dang four letter word again! They said this: you don't have to believe what I believe to fit in here. And how apt is that, that at a time where we are self-quarinteening and staying 6-ft away from our closest friends and family members, we are still all looking for a place to feel seen and heard and to let down our guard just a bit so can give the fear of the unknown a rest.
